Despite a very unusual early 3-inch snowfall Saturday morning, members of Faith Lutheran had a successful food booth in front of the church on the grounds of the Madison County Historical Complex. The planned Civil War battles nearby did not happen as the Confederate forces decided not to come due to the cold weather, so visitors were down. But we had enough to make a small profit. Proceeds from the sale benefit the church.
